Welcome to
The Library

This is where we collect what we’ve learned, what we believe, and how we think things should work.

Built from experience across commercial operations, customer success, sales and technology it’s a growing collection of philosophies, processes, analysis and practical knowledge.

Together, these documents form the context behind We.See.
Helping us understand organisations, make better decisions and design systems that genuinely support the people using them.

It is our belief that AI is only as useful as the context it is provided.
By documenting how work actually happens, what matters and why, we can free people to spend more time doing what actually matters.

This is the We.See context layer, yours will be different.

Explore below, ask to read anything that interests you, or get in touch if you’d like help building a library of your own.

Philosophies

The principles we work by, and the foundations we want our AI to work from. These philosophies shape how We.See observes, understands and improves organisations. They establish what we believe about people, systems and good work; providing a consistent set of principles for both human judgement and intelligent technology.

Friction is a Signal

When work becomes difficult or problems arise, the solution is rarely to push harder. Friction, hesitation and workarounds can reveal where systems aren’t supporting people using them.
Learn to notice these signals before deciding what needs fixing.

Operating Model

An introduction to the person behind We.See.
Taken from “Spotlight” reviews and consistent feedback, this document outlines
how I think, work, communicate and approach problems.

Activity Pressure vs
System Support

More activity doesn’t necessarily mean better results - we have deep research that shows this in Salesforce Wrapped.
A look at the difference between asking people to work harder and giving them the infrastructure, clarity and support they need to follow the smartest guidance.

Fish Can’t Climb Trees

People have different strengths, and systems should recognise them.
A reflection on why judging everyone by the same expectations can overlook ability, create unneccessary friction and prevent people from doing their best work.

The Wizard’s Carrots

Keeping it light.
A story about what happens when we stop relying on sporadic pressure and start creating the conditions for good work.

The right tools 🥕 knowledge and support can achieve far more than simply demanding better performance.

From philosophy to practice

Below sits the wider We.See library; a growing collection of processes, operating knowledge, customer intelligence, analysis and practical experience.
Together, these documents create a structured context layer that helps people and AI understand not just what to do, but how and why things work.
This is the foundation for We.See.OS, where documented knowledge becomes the basis for intelligent workflows, automation and increasingly autonomous AI Agents.

The better the context, the better the decisions

Every organisation has a library. Most just haven’t written it yet

Your people already hold valuable knowledge about how your organisation works.
We.See helps capture, organise and turn that knowledge into something useful for your teams, your systems and the AI working alongside them.

Interested in something you’ve seen here, or curious about building a library of your own? I’d love to hear from you.
